Megan Bosselman

On March 23, 2008 Easter Sunday, my daughter Megan passed away after a 44 month battle with adrenal cancer. She was 27 years old.

Megan was not only my daughter, but she was my business partner and my greatest cheerleader in the business world. Directly from the heart started in 1989 when I was independently commissioned by many Longaberger directors to design and print limited edition prints for year end sales awards. The summer months were busy preparing for national conference, and Megan would stay up late just to keep me company.

As the years progressed, she became an organizational force behind my creativity. However, it wasn't long before her own creativity bloomed, and Megan was the author of some of our best selling jingles today. She was the developer of our trademark "Like a little, place and order...." sticker, now offered in countless variations.

While I slowed down my work pace during her battle with cancer, Megan was always writing, thinking, and dreaming of new products for the years ahead. Even though her precious life ended on Easter Sunday, you will see the fingerprint of her life as Stickingtobusiness grows in new and big ways in the coming months.

If you have time, enjoy the video on this page - a beautiful tribute to Megan's life played to Megan's favorite Celine Dion Song "Fly".

What you should know most about Megan is that she had hope for life up until her last breath. She knew a miracle could happen, and she always poised herself to work toward her dreams coming true.

Megan's charities of choice are The Josie Harper Hospice House, the Cancer Research Center of your choice, and the Kabul Dance School, a project run by her best friend Erin Jensen. However, Megan's highest request was that people would take the time to heal a broken relationship.

Thank you to so many of you for loving my girl,
